Thank you for being patient with us as we face the exciting challenge of growing West Georgia Eye Care Center! We are expanding to better serve Columbus and the Valley, and are now seeing patients at three locations (2616 Warm Springs Road, 6600 Whittlesey Boulevard, and 2012 10th Avenue). We are striving to make the transition as smooth as possible for our patients, however, despite best-laid plans, there have been some delays and disruptions, most of which are beyond our control. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced.

Of particular importance to us is easy communication for our patients, yet our communication channels have seen some difficulties. If you have had any trouble reaching us, please rest assured that we believe this is unacceptable, and we are prioritizing corrections to this issue. Please know your calls and messages are very important to us, and that we are diligently working to resolve to resolve delays as quickly as possible.
