Welcome

West Georgia Eye Care Center welcomes new patients every day, and some of you come from far-away places! Just this week we’ve had new patients from Auburn, Macon, LaGrange, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Hawaii!! One of our new patients, the Big Red fan from Wisconsin, moved here courtesy of Uncle Sam – and as we know Fort Benning draws service members from all around the world!

Expert Eye Care

Since 1951, WGECC has been privileged to care for people from throughout our region and beyond. As the region’s only multi-specialty eye care provider, we have many patients who drive considerable distances to receive the expert care that they need. The Chattahoochee Valley is home to the three locations of West Georgia Eye Care Center, but our reach routinely extends to the communities of East Alabama and southwest Georgia.

From Far Away

While Wisconsin is far away from our West Georgia border, the call of military service brings patients to us from locations across the US and the globe. Our new Wisconsin patient (now serving at Fort Benning) needed follow-up care for a previous LASIK procedure. We are very happy to co-manage this patient with the original surgeon, and communication between both providers assures that the standard of excellent care is met… even with more than 1,000 miles in-between!

WGECC employs advanced technologies directed and utilized by our board certified and fellowship-trained physicians, offering expertise in conjunction with genuine care and concern for the individual patient.
